Frequently asked questions
How big an opportunity
is fitness boot camps?
The fitness industry in
North America is conservatively estimated at $10 billion per year
and growing! Fitness boot camps are extremely popular right now
(Check out stories on MSNBC, CBS ). That makes fitness camps one
of the hottest opportunities in the world today!
Who purchases our training
systems?
People from all across
the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil and
beyond have used our training systems to start up and operate their
own successful fitness businesses.
How do I earn money
with Boot Camp Builder?
It's really quite simple.
Purchase one of our complete builder systems that includes everything
you need to start a successful fitness camp business and run your
first camp within weeks! Even if you only get 10 people to join
your first camp (very conservative), you can still gross over $3000
by working a few hours/day for 6 weeks.
How much money can I
really make?
This depends on how many
camps you choose to run and how many people register and repeatedly
sign up. We share all the tips on how to recruit for your first
camp and how to retain people for camp after camp. That said, in
one of our very first camps,we went from grossing $3000-$4000/
camp to almost $20,000/camp in about 1 year. This isn't a "get
rich quick" scheme, though. It does take hard work to
build a good camp, and you must follow the steps we outline.
What do I need to purchase
in order to get started?
Simply choose from one
of our 3 startup kits options: 1. Basic Boot Camp Builder 2. Complete
Boot Camp Builder 3. Ultimate Boot Camp Builder. When your system
arrives in the mail, simply follow the step-by-step instructions
and start launching your new fitness camp business!
What’s included
in Boot Camp Builder?
Everything you need to
get started! And depending on which system you choose, this may
include the Business Startup Manual, Workout Video, Growing your
business Guide, Royalty-Free Forms, Advertising and Website Templates
and a Boot Camp Workout Manual.
Is Boot Camp Builder
a franchise?
No. Although Boot Camp
Builder is NOT a franchise, it does contain many of the same components
that you normally get with a fitness franchise but for a fraction
of the cost. Why is Boot Camp Builder better than a franchise?
Our systems are much more affordable - even our most expensive
system costs only a fraction of the price of a training franchise – even
though we offer many of the same components. Our systems offer
more freedom – you don’t have to sign a contract or
pay ongoing royalty fees, and you aren’t limited to a territory.
Where do I hold my camps?
This is up to you, but
the easiest place is a local park. We offer several suggestions
for an ideal location, but the best part is that most of the locations
require no rent!
How much will it cost
to start my own fitness camp business?
Boot Camp Builder will
teach you everything you need to know for as little as $389. Beyond
this, all you really need is a a few pieces of equipment (exercise
bands, jump ropes, first aid kit, etc) and some basic office supplies.
How long will it take
to receive my Boot Camp Builder?
Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery
of Boot Camp Builder within North America.
Shipping to locations outside North America will take longer. For
the contintental U.S. and Canada, shipping and handling is included
in the price. All others, please email info@bootcampbuilder.com for
a shipping quote.
What if there are boot
camps already running in my area?
Competition is not always
a bad thing - it means that there is demand! When we first started
our camps in Florida, there were 3 other companies running camps
in the same city. We'll teach you how to carve out your niche and
blow away the competition.
Do I need to be a personal
trainer to own a fitness boot camp?
You don't need to be
a personal trainer to own the business, but you'll need personal
trainers to actually run the camps. Even though our Start-up Manual
teaches you how to conduct the actual boot camp sessions, it is
still extremely important to have certified professionals instructing
the exercises and planning the workouts. That said, we have seen
people who simply own the fitness camp business, while hiring trainers
to run the camps.
Can I run fitness boot
camps in the winter? Are camps suited for indoor locations?
We don't recommend running
the camps outside if the temperature dips into the low thirties
(Fahrenheit). Even in Florida (where we still run our original
camps), we need to go indoors for a few months in the winter. There
are several options to consider when trying to find a good indoor
space, and we outline these opportunities in our Start-up Manual.
Though you'll need to make some modifications to accommodate an
indoor setting, the boot camp style workout can still be effective
indoors.
